Please note that all sales are final.

Due to the perishable nature of the flowers and the personalized work of each arrangement, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

Personalized Floral Arrangements

Each arrangement is made by hand using the freshest flowers available. Although we always try to replicate the style, theme and color palette shown in the photos, an exact reproduction is not guaranteed due to natural variations, seasonal availability and market conditions.

If it is necessary to make substitutions, we will only use flowers of equal or greater value, preserving the style and aesthetics of the chosen design.

Delivery Policy

• If there is no one available at the delivery address, the arrangement can be left at the door or in a safe place.

• There will be a short waiting time and we will try to contact the recipient before leaving the order.

• Photographic proof will be sent once the delivery is completed.

Quality Concerns

If you have any concerns about the condition of the arrangement at the time of delivery, you must contact us within the first hour and send clear photos of the product. After this period, we will not be able to process claims due to the perishable nature of the flowers.
